About us
Marmoleo Restaurant
Located on Isla Verde Avenue, Marmoleo stands out for offering a menu that honors Puerto Rican flavors while presenting them with a contemporary aesthetic. Its dishes are influenced by the family recipes of both chefs, as well as refined culinary techniques and unpretentious creativity.
From ropa vieja empanadillas with mozzarella to veal cutlet with guava sauce and mamposteao rice, the menu is a celebration of local ingredients with an international touch. Other highlights include options such as yucca mofongo stuffed with churrasco or chicken breast stuffed with chorizo, accompanied by carefully prepared side dishes.
Not just good food
It also drinks well
Its cocktail menu includes handcrafted creations such as the Chero Reposado with tequila, tamarind and pineapple; or the Mule Marmoleo, which combines ginger, mint, lime and a touch of Angostura. They also offer a selection of international wines and craft beers.
The space has been designed to offer a cozy, elegant atmosphere with attention to detail. The founders want every visitor to feel at home and, at the same time, live a unique experience.
Beyond food, Marmoleo also has a social commitment. The restaurant collaborates with the VODA program, supporting young people with intellectual disabilities through employment opportunities and job training in an inclusive environment.

"We want people to say, 'I'm going to go to Marmoleo because I like the way they serve me, the way they make me feel, the way they treat me and, also, the way they eat.'"
